What We Don’t Do
Your cleaning associate cannot
Cleaning or removing blood or any bodily fluids
Cleaning behind any appliances (Ex: stove, fridge, washer/dryer)
Cleaning the interior of curio/china cabinets.
If any furniture left cannot be easily slid on the floor, we cannot move it. Should you wish to move it, we will be happy to clean the exposed area. We do ask that you place the furniture back into its proper place as well, please.

Washing walls (we will do our best to wash the doors, door frames, and baseboards. However, some are past the point of washing and will need to be repainted)
Clean any “dust shelves” in the home or the space above cabinets
Clean animal waste or litter

Washing blinds (we will do our best to dust blinds. However, some are past the point of dusting and will need to be replaced)

The Cleaning Associate will have a 2-step ladder and extended duster with them. They do not carry a 6’ ladder but will utilize one if provided.
Move or lift items over 20lbs
Our Cleaning Associates are very important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe. To ensure their safety, they do not climb higher than a 6’ ladder (if provided by the customer) or move or lift items heavier than 20 lbs.
